Earlier this year I was presented with the opportunity to participate in a 15,000ft charity sky dive, whilst simultaneously raising money for STARS Dorset.

I thought why not! It's a once in a lifetime opportunity and challenge. So, along with colleagues from Waitrose and Partners Dorchester, I will be taking to the sky this July for STARS. They provide a tremendous service for the people of Dorset and are a more than deserving cause to get behind.

If this past year has taught me anything it's that you can't take anything in life for granted. If you get an opportunity to do something then you should grab it with both hands. So, I'd like to think this is my own way of paying homage to that sentiment.

As I've mentioned, STARS offer fantastic support to anyone who has experienced sexual violence in Dorset. The work they do is extremely selfless so if you can, please help me to help STARS by donating to my fundraising page. Any amount, however big or small can go a long way to assisting with the services that STARS offer all year round.

Thanks and I'll see you all at the bottom!
